Requirements

Work Experience/Skills REQUIRED:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly

• Experience working with MS Windows 2000/2003 system administration
• Understanding of server virtualization
• Experience in TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP management
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to share technical knowledge with team members
• Ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks to ensure service level agreements are met
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good customer service skills
• Ability and desire to take ownership, seeing tasks and projects through to satisfaction and completion
• Ability to work a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule

Work Experience/Skills PREFERRED
• 1 year MS Windows 2000/2003 system administration
• 1 year experience with server virtualization

Education REQUIRED: 1 to 2 years of college OR equivalent work experience 
Education PREFERRED: 3 to 4 years of college
